"It is morally impossible for him who neglects meditation to live without sin"—St. Alphonsus Ligouri

“If you are just learning how to enrich your prayer life, or like me, are easily distracted, this is a great book to have on hand during your prayer time. I recommend it to anyone who would like a deeper relationship with God.”
